SyncProp is software that copies trades you make on one of your accounts into other accounts you own, according to settings you choose. SyncProp is not a broker, does not hold funds, does not give investment advice and does not trade on its own initiative.
You may only connect prop firm accounts that you own and control. Copying trades between different people, reselling signals or sharing access is prohibited and will result in termination.
You authorize SyncProp to place, modify and cancel orders on the accounts you connect, exactly as configured by you (leader, followers, sizing and protections). If you turn on the breach shield or payout mode, you also instruct SyncProp to close an account's positions and pause it when those conditions are met. Orders are sent on your behalf and on your instructions: you are responsible for them and for their results, and for keeping your API keys valid and revoking them when you stop using the service.
You remain responsible for complying with each prop firm's terms. SyncProp enforces the rules it can read from the firm, but firms can change their rules at any time and SyncProp cannot guarantee that an account will not be breached.
A copy map starts in Test mode, where SyncProp shows what it would copy without sending any order. By switching it to Live you instruct SyncProp to place orders on its accounts until you pause it, remove it or revoke the keys.
SyncProp depends on third-party venues and networks. Orders can be delayed, rejected or not sent. SyncProp is provided "as is" without warranties, and liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 3 months.
Creating an account is free, and lets you connect your prop firms to check they work; the copy map, the dashboard and copying require an active plan. SyncProp is sold through Whop, which processes the payments. Monthly plan: US$59, renewed automatically every 30 days. Yearly plan: US$590, renewed automatically every 365 days. Yearly crypto plan: US$590 paid once in cryptocurrency, giving 365 days of access from the day of purchase; it does not renew. Plans are paid in advance. Prices are in US dollars and every charge is made in US dollars: if you pay from an account in another currency, the conversion, its exchange rate and any fees are applied by your bank or card issuer and are yours to bear, as are the network fees of a crypto payment.
You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. How cancellation, refunds, price changes and the end of a plan work is set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
Customers can refer other traders with their personal link. An affiliate earns 20% of each payment made by a trader who signs up through their link, during that trader's first 12 months from their first payment, and only while the affiliate's own plan is active. A commission becomes payable 30 days after its payment; a payment that is refunded, charged back or disputed earns nothing, and a commission already paid on it is deducted from later payouts. Payouts are made monthly in USDC, once the payable balance reaches US$50, to the address and network the affiliate gives: a transfer sent to the address given is final, and network fees may be deducted from it. Self-referrals, referrals between accounts of the same person, misleading claims, spam, and ads that bid on the SyncProp name are not allowed. SyncProp may withhold or cancel commissions earned in breach of these rules, close an affiliate account, and change or end the program with notice; commissions already payable when the program ends are paid. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes on what they earn.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement, and you must be allowed to trade the accounts you connect under the laws that apply to you.
SyncProp may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or has a payment dispute open, and may refuse service to anyone. You can stop using SyncProp and delete your account at any time.
SyncProp may change the service and these terms. Material changes to these terms are announced by email or in the app before they take effect; continuing to use SyncProp after that means you accept them.
