Your email, your language, your Telegram chat if you connect alerts, your prop firm API keys (encrypted so that only the trading engine can read them), the accounts, balances, limits and positions returned by the firms, each account's equity history, and a log of every order SyncProp sends and why. For the affiliate program: who referred you, your commissions, and the USDC address you give for payouts; a cookie remembers which affiliate link brought you, for 60 days. Affiliates see how many traders they referred and what they earned, never who those traders are.
Only to run the copying service, show you your dashboard, send the alerts you enable, bill you, and answer disputes about your payments.
Data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt). Payments are processed by Whop: SyncProp receives your plan's status and the email you paid with, never your card or wallet details. Alerts are delivered through Telegram if you enable them. The copying engine runs on Fly.io servers in Frankfurt, the website is served by Cloudflare, sign-in emails are sent by Resend, and error reports (what failed and where in the code, without your keys, cookies or form contents) are sent to Sentry.
Equity is sampled every minute and kept at that detail for two days, then one sample per hour, for 13 months. The activity log is kept for 12 months. Everything is deleted when you delete your account.
You can download all your data and delete your account yourself at any time, in Settings → Account. Deleting the account removes your connections, encrypted keys, accounts, copy settings and history for good.
