Monthly plan: US$59, renewed automatically every 30 days. Yearly plan: US$590, renewed automatically every 365 days. Yearly crypto plan: US$590 paid once in cryptocurrency, giving 365 days of access from the day of purchase; it does not renew, and to keep using SyncProp you buy it again or move to a renewing plan.
You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan at any time, from Settings → Plan in SyncProp or from the link in the receipt Whop emails you. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. The yearly crypto plan has nothing to cancel: it ends on its own 365 days after purchase.
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period and are charged on the renewal date. To avoid a renewal, cancel before that date. A renewal that was not cancelled in time is not refunded.
All payments are final and non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. This includes unused time in a period that has already started, periods in which you did not use SyncProp, accounts you did not connect, and moving to a cheaper plan or cancelling partway through a period. Crypto payments cannot be reversed.
SyncProp copies trades on your instructions and cannot control the markets or the firms. No refund or credit is given for trading losses; a breached, failed or closed prop firm account; trades that were copied late, at a different price, downsized or not copied; a firm changing its rules, its API or its terms; or the unavailability of a firm, an exchange, a network or another third party.
SyncProp is a digital service that starts as soon as your payment is confirmed. By subscribing you ask for it to start immediately and acknowledge that, where the law allows, you lose any right of withdrawal once it has started.
Any refund outside the cases the law requires is at SyncProp's sole discretion, may be partial, is made to the original payment method, and does not create an obligation to refund in other cases. Access to the plan ends when its payment is refunded.
If an account is suspended or closed for breaking the Terms of Service, for example by copying trades into accounts you do not own or sharing access, the plan ends and nothing is refunded.
If a renewal payment fails, Whop may retry it. Access continues while the payment is being retried and ends if it cannot be collected.
When a plan ends, SyncProp stops copying new trades. Copies that are already open keep following your leader until they close, so no account is left holding a position SyncProp opened and no longer manages. Copying resumes as soon as you subscribe again.
Prices can change. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for: it applies from your next renewal, and you are told by email beforehand so you can cancel before it takes effect.
Prices are in US dollars and every charge is made in US dollars. If you pay from an account in another currency, the conversion, its exchange rate and any fees are applied by your bank or card issuer and are yours to bear, as are the network fees of a crypto payment.
Write to hello@syncprop.xyz before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer: most billing questions are solved quickly by email. SyncProp may suspend an account while a dispute about its payments is open, and answers disputes with the records of the account's use of the service.
